Invoice Warranty Tracker is a free mobile application that allows users to:
- Store and manage invoice and warranty information locally on their device
- Capture invoice images using device camera with OCR text extraction
- Upload PDF documents
- Receive warranty expiry notifications
- Optionally backup data to their personal Google Drive account
- Organize invoices by custom categories
- Customize app appearance (theme, text size)
4. User Account & Authentication
4.1 No Account Required
The App works without creating an account. All data is stored locally on your device.
4.2 Optional Google Sign-In
You may optionally sign in with Google to enable:
- Google Drive backup and restore
- Automatic backup scheduling
Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Maintain the security of your Android device and Google account credentials
- Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Not use the App to store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Not redistribute or resell the App
- Backup important data regularly (we recommend using Google Drive backup)
- Keep the App updated to the latest version
6. Data Ownership & Storage
6.1 Your Data Ownership
You own all invoice data, images, and information you store in the App. We do not claim any ownership rights.
6.2 Local Storage
All data is stored locally on your Android device. We do not have access to this data.
6.3 Google Drive Backup (Optional)
If you enable Google Drive backup:
- Data is uploaded to YOUR personal Google Drive account
- We cannot access your Google Drive backups
- You are responsible for managing your Google Drive storage
- Google Drive terms apply to backup data
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 App Ownership
The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AG Tech and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We do not guarantee OCR accuracy (ML Kit may make errors)
- We do not guarantee notification delivery (depends on Android system)
- We are not responsible for data loss (backup regularly!)
- We do not warrant compatibility with all Android devices
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are NOT liable for data loss (backup your data!)
- We are NOT liable for missed warranty claims or financial loss
- We are NOT liable for device damage or malfunction
- We are NOT liable for third-party services (Google Drive, AdMob, etc.)
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is $0 - free app)
10. Third-Party Services
10.1 Google Services
The App uses the following Google services:
- Google Play Services: For app distribution and updates
- Google Sign-In: For optional authentication
- Google Drive API: For optional backup
- ML Kit: For on-device OCR (offline)
- Google AdMob: For displaying ads
Use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
10.2 No Affiliation
This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other third party.
11. Advertisements
- The App displays ads via Google AdMob to support free access
- We display non-intrusive banner and interstitial ads
- Ad content is controlled by Google AdMob, not by us
- We do not share your invoice data with advertisers
- Clicking ads is voluntary and at your own risk
12. User-Generated Content
12.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of invoice data you enter
- The legality of images and PDFs you upload
- Ensuring you have rights to store and backup content
12.2 Prohibited Content
Do NOT store content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or infringing on rights
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Stolen, fraudulent, or counterfeit documents
13. App Updates & Changes
- We may release updates to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security
- Updates are delivered via Google Play Store
- We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version
- We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes
14. Termination
14.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using the App at any time by:
- Uninstalling the App from your device
- Deleting your Google Drive backups (if any)

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack or abuse the App
15. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
IMPORTANT:
- This App is a reminder tool only
- We do NOT guarantee you won't miss warranty deadlines
- Always verify warranty dates with manufacturers
- We are NOT responsible for financial loss from missed claims
- Notification delivery depends on Android system (we can't control it)
- YOU are responsible for managing your warranties
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AG Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Content you store in the App
17. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
